This Cozy (Year Around) Rental Lake Bungalow property is nestle in the SERENE and SAFE Sylvain Lake area of Burlington Township, New Jersey. This Lake Cottage has 3BR (1 queen, 2 twins, and 1 large comfortable Ikea sleeping couch) and 1 full BA. The cottage is equipped with the necessary accessible amenities to make your visit enjoyable. The amenities list is endless, but some very few are missing for SANITARY reasons. Though, we can try our best to provide them upon request, if possible. The swimming, fishing, boating Lake is located across the street about than 10 steps away from the front enclosed porch. The hiking, walking, birds watching SERENE forest is only one step from the cottage fenced backyard.
Depending on the season and/or your luck, you might harvest some organic fruit, vegetables, and herbs such as raspberry, tomatoes/asparagus, and anise/mint.
The seasonal BIRDS and BUTTERFLIES guests add charm to the cottage's yard and they can be watched from different places through the windows.

Area Description

This Lake Cottage is located in the Sylvain Lake area inside of Burlington Township. A small look alike vacation community, but yet few steps away to 541 main road that leads to the City District Attractions and shopping centers. The area is about 1.5 miles drive to the Delaware River board walk, where the live music and great foods are in VIGOR during certain seasons. There is another adjacent community Lake located in the same neighborhood about 20 feet away from the bungalow. This second Lake is suitable for fishing, boating..., but NO SWIMMING there. There are plenty water activities; bring your swimming gears and you will have the time of your life. There is a SUPER Walmart, K-Mart, Marshalls, WaWa, Acme, Save-A-Lot, etc., in addition to many fast food places another 1.5 miles away from the Lake cottage.
