Clean, spacious home with two decks. plenty of gathering space and plenty of personal space. Very quiet. Caring owner, easy access to activities in the area.

We rented the Red House over the New Year's holidays. We arrived to find the phone out of service and were unable to contact the owner or her agent. Once inside we discovered the house was unclean and the hot tub full of algae. The "newly install hot tub" was an inflatable hot tub. The phone was out of service for five days. The first night we saw several mice in the house. We cleaned the next day and found most of the kitchen ware was covered in mouse droppings. We contacted the owner on our return home and she was unwilling to partially refund our money. I can say that this house needs lots of work and the house needs to be fumigated for pest. I would not rent from this ower again nor would I recommend renting from her.
