Stayed in this beautiful country home for the weekend with friends and just loved every minute of it. It is all about the location location and location. I am definitely renting this place out again and special thanks to the owner for making this a simple process/ amazing experience.

We had a great week at the house. The house was clean and had everything we neeeded. The setting is very nice, just above a pastoral stream with deer coming in and out of view. We drove everyday to Shawnee ski hill with 3 little kids, just a short ride away, then played in the Saw Creek indoor pool in the afternoon. While staying we had a couple of nights of snow and the community roads were cleared immediatly, which we appreciated.

My husband and I along with another couple thoroughly enjoyed this cabin for a weekend! Beautiful view of the woods and creek out back and we loved that the deer roamed so freely all thru Saw Creek Estates! They walked right up to the house! Enjoyed walking the roads around the house. The house is just as shown. Our time was very relaxing and Steve is great to work with. We stayed the weekend after a major hurricane hit the area and he was very accommodating in staying in contact with us regarding the status of his home. Answered all of our questions promptly! We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

We had a mini-high school reunion with three couples at the house and it was a perfect, relaxing weekend! The house is located in such a beautiful spot with the creek just below. We went down to the Water Gap to do some hiking and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub room. The owners were so pleasant to rent from, I highly recommend this house!!

I rented this property with five other people recently, and it was exactly what I needed in the cold winter months. The professionalism and the hospitality of the renter were absolutely outstanding, and I'm comparing this to several "getaways" I've rented on the East Coast in the past. The house is located on one of the most scenic spots you can wish for in the Poconos.

The highlight is undoubtedly the Hot Tub, which is maintained to near perfection. It is located in a mini-room on the deck, which allows you to enjoy it even when it's below freezing outside (as I did). The rooms are spacious and the decorations are contemporary, but with a "homey" feel. Everything was provided for, and the cleaning service made sure to make the house spotless prior to our arrival.

Ski-Resorts are within close proximity, and there were several sites I deemed I would've loved to go to had the weather been warmer (also great in the summer months due to the presence of a lake and another amenities). I recommend this property to anyone who is looking to wind back and relax, as you will quickly feel you're in a home away from home.

I do although recommend that you bring your own car to this location, as you will not be able to move around with public transportation. It is after all a haven in the middle of the Poconos. The area is exceptionally well guarded, and has a 24 hour gate. I suggest you plan ahead with others should you be bringing more than one car at the location, and arriving at different times.

We loved your house and your cleaning lady is Wonderful!! We especially liked the creek since we live on one ourselves but yours has a waterfall! We found it very relaxing along with the hot tub. The pools were very nice although the basketball court in the Top of the World is only open one day per week and the person working in the gym was not very pleasant. We did keep busy with quite a bit to do within a half hour drive and the kids loved being able to play their Xbox when it rained. Thank you for a really nice vacation!

A Little Bit of Heaven!

Copacabanahouse turned out to be a little bit of heaven for our family for the week! What a lovely setting - the best spot along the creek in our opinion. The home is cozy, beautiful and all that we had hoped for and more. We enjoyed exploring the woods, walking up and down the creek banks, and sitting on the big flat rocks enjoying the rushing water to our heart's content. The deck was the perfect spot for soaking in the beauty God created and the peaceful sounds of the stream and little waterfalls. The deer that wander the neighborhood were an extra surprise and brought us so much pleasure, especially the little fawns. It was incredibly quiet and the privacy afforded us some much-needed R&R.

We stayed at this amazing home for our annual mother/daughter weekend. Even with five women in one house, we had lots of space to spread out with comfortable bedrooms and baths. The house was well equipped and did not lack for anything that we needed. It was so peaceful listening to the creek in the evening through the screen door while we ate, chatted, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is conveniently located near many area attractions that include shops, museums and restaurants. Steve was extremely helpful in answering all questions and accommodating our group.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Copacabana from the beautiful sound of the rustling waters in the stream in the back yard to the relaxing hot tub! The house was very clean and situated in the best location in Sawcreek Est. It was very convenient for hiking to some gorgeous waterfalls and for taking a tour of the Delaware Water Gap. If we ever find ourselves going back to the area, this is definitely where we will be staying!! The owner of this home was very helpul with answering any questions that I had in order to make our stay exactly what we hoped it would be. I would definitely recommend Copacabana and it's also a great area for geocaching!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this house during the New Year Weekend. We were pleasantly welcomed on arrival by deer in the front yard. The temperature during our vacation was mild, so were were able to take morning walks. The atmosphere was great. My children and grandchildren hiked down to the creek, taking photos, visiting the pool and playing some basketball. We also did some tubing and flea market shopping. The fireplace removed the early morning chill and the house was so comfortable that I felt at home. I had to force myself out of the house to enjoy other amenities in the area. I am thankful for the courageous interaction with the owner Steve from beginning to end. I felt like he was someone I knew and felt very comfortable renting his home.

Definitely going back!

Steve, we just wanted to say we truly enjoyed our mini getaway and will certainly be returning next year. Your home is well kept, the view is beautiful. I loved opening the doors each morning to the hear the sound of the running stream, oh so calming with a coffee in hand! It was a great experience with evening dinners on the patio watching the running stream to the late night usage of your hot tub. Oh so peaceful and everyone slept comfortably in the 3 rooms offered. Although we didn't take in all the amenities (we plan on it next time) because we weren't too far from the many attractions offered nearby such as horseback riding, white water rapids and CBK Adventures was right next door to Camel Beach waterpark. I know we will certainly make a day trip to NYC considering how close it was when we return. We have already shared our experience with family and friends so be prepared for some new inquiries but remember we reserved for next year first, LOL!

My Wife and I went to the poconos over the Memorial Day Week for 3 nights. We stayed at this lovely place overlooking a beautiful rushing creek. Everything described in the property description was accurate ....plus more! The owner Steve was a pleasure to deal with and made himself avail to answer all our inquiries. The actual area is alot nicer (!) than shown in the pictures. The owner takes pride in the property and it really was shown in the way the place was kept. We will gladly refer all our friends and family to this area (but hope they wont book the same time we plan on coming back in the future!!). We strongly suggest future guests to find out the times of amenities offered at the Saw Creek Estates before they book activities elsewhere. We really could have stayed put the whole entire time!

We stayed at this home for a long weekend on Easter with my husband, children and another couple. From the minute we walked in we were amazed at how beautiful the house is. The view of the creek from the deck is spectacular. The house was very clean. Everything you need from linens, to BBQ grill, washer and dryer, pots and pans, and spices. There was no need to leave the property. The Hot Tub was so much fun. There is a sitting area up on the second floor that has a great view to the creek. My children loved the house and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be coming back. The owner Steve was very pleasant. There were a few nice indoor pools in Saw Creek and Bushkill Falls is a must see just 2 miles away. I give it 5 stars.

This vacation rental was one of the best places I've stayed. Everything was super clean, hot tub was cleaner than most I've seen and it was so much fun. We loved the screened in porch for a peaceful view of the trees and pleasant sounds of the waterfall and rain. Only thing I'd change is to have less rain and thunderstorms on our trip so we could enjoy the outside deck right over the waterfall a little more :) Also, we enjoyed plenty of family activities in the area. Very nice place and we will definitely return!

Steve, Thank you for making your home such a much needed place of serenity for us. I was so impressed by every aspect of it. The home itself, the surroundings, and your constant accessibility each time I had a question or concern. We will be back for sure! It will be nice to get away from this crazy Jersey Shore (especially in the summer!) and be at the Copacabana when all the trees are in bloom.

This home, set on an amazingly beautiful property with a flowing creek and waterfall was an amazing place for us to stay on our honeymoon. It is kept in pristine condition, very clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the hot tub after a long day and cooking on the grill out on the deck overlooking the creek. House was neat as a pin. Back of property borders a lovely stream. Hot tub is in an enclosed room and was very relaxing. Cozy living room with wood floors, leather sofas and a gas fireplace. Didn't get a chance to use the community ammenities but they include indoor/outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor tennis, gym, on-site restaurant, basketball courts.

This place is fabulous! My sisters came in from Bermuda and we did an all girls trip 2nd week in March and it was one of the best trips I ever had! The house was very clean and maintained. We stayed there from a Thursday to Sunday. The price for the place was great and the owner Steve was the very best at being helpful! He always was available to answer any questions I needed answered. The pictures of this place is exactly what you will see when you get there. I truly recommend this place for a girls weekend getaway, a couples weekend get away or even just you and your mate. It's absolutely a great place to stay. The sound of the creek in the back was also an added bonus! I only recommend that you do drive it's a big complex. We took a limo and was dropped off and picked up so we had to order taxi's to go everywhere. The taxi's weren't expensive and would come in the time ordered however I do think it's best to drive. I give this place 2 BIG thumbs up!

We rented this house to celebrate New Year 2011 for 5 days. It's a gorgeous place with easy access to ski, shopping,bazaar and many many more. All description and location on the listing 100% matches the property. There is great fireplace next to you while you having dinner and beautiful relaxing sound of river while you sleeping. The house is very clean and well maintained. Moreover, Steve, the owner of the house, is very nice guy and always ready to help your stay enjoyable. It's amazing place!!!!! I recently took a trip out there with my fiance and another couple, and I have to say this was one of the best trips that I have taken. Even though it was a rental, we all felt right at home once we walked through the door and settled in. The house is extremly well kept with beautiful views of all the nature the area provides. Not only the house was a great pleasure but so was the private community that is was kept in. For those's travling during the summer months, the lake is a must. We took a long hike around the lake, taking a few dips whenever we got hot. The best part was when we reached home and jumped into the hot tub though. We had such a great time that we are already planing a winter trip for skiing!!!

I "stole" my husband away for a last minute anniversary surprise getaway! Steve, the owner, is SO accomodating especially for being so last minute! He went out of his way to make sure all the details were taken care of! The home is beautifully decorated and the view and sounds from the waterfall are amazing! We found ourselves sitting on the rocks and watching the stream a number of times. The home is very close to tons of activities like Bushkill Falls, which we spent hours at and the Lakota Wolf Preserve just over the bridge in New Jersey. We WILL be back again hopefully for a longer vacation!

We only had 4 nights of vacation this summer and thankfully chose to spend it at The Copacabana House. We thought there would be 6 of us, but only ended up with two. From eating breakfast on the deck whlie viewing the waterfalls and stream, to the many hikes we enjoyed in almost complete solitude, it was amazingly refreshing and relaxing. The house has everything you need and more. The wildlife roam freely. And having internet access made it even better because we were not worrying about missing important busines e-mails. The host was very accomodating. We would highly recommend this house to friends and family and will definitely return ourselves.

I recently rented this house and it was one of the best trip I have taken thus far. The house is beautiful, very clean, well kept and comfortable. My friends and I all had a great time. The hot tub is amazing. There are a variety of activities to do around. I enjoyed taking long hikes or just simply lounging in the house. The views are breathtaking. I can not express how wonderful of a place this House is. Believe me when I say the photographs are just a small glimpse on how private, beautiful and peaceful it is. Attention to detail is clearly apparent when you arrive. Within every corner of the indoor and outdoor space you can clearly see the love and thought put into the home.The house is cozy and comfortable to relax in but with plenty of room for all of us to be together without feeling cramped. The sound of the running river right outside is so pleasant to nap to and the hot tub was great to sit together in talking and laughing. Drinking on the patio was relaxing. We cozied up by the fire place in the cabin at night in what we think is the BEST CABIN EVER! It was amazing, and we CAN NOT WAIT to do it all again.Great place to get away from the craziness that is the city life.

We had a wonderful time at this charming house. The view.....and the sounds.....of the stream were relaxing and soothing. Our grandkids had a fabulous time scrambling down to the stream and hopping from rock to rock, looking for treasure in the water. The amenities of the community, notably the indoor pool and the Top of the World restaurant added to the whole experience. There is a great deal to do in the surrounding area, also. The owner made himself very accessible, particularly when asked questions before going. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay at the Copacabana!

I wanted to take some time off away from home and try something new and this was the perfect place to do it. When me and my family got there we were amazed by how everything looked so organize and well kept the house was, i knew already this was going to be a great getaway.
