Description of the Bushkill vacation home rental
The house is in the "Saw Creek Estates" - a beautiful, tranquil 24 hour secured gated community with many ammenities available for use by guests and offers 4 outdoor pools (seasonal), 2 indoor pools with hot tubs, a lake with beach for swimming, fishing and paddle boats, a fitness center, basketball, tennis, and racket ball courts; shuffle board; a ski hill in the winter, "Top of The World" restaurant and miscellaneous events throughout the year for adults and children.
Nearby, you can visit Fernwood Resorts, Shawnee Mountain ( 10 min by car), Camelback Mountain( 30 min) and water park, Camelbeach, Bushkill Falls, Bushkill's famous flea market, museums, unlimited shopping choices, rafting, golfing, antiquing, zoos, and restaurants. The area is filled with things for people of all ages.
It is only 1.5 hour drive from New York City.
$300 refundable (within 7 days) damage security deposit.
Renters must be 25 or older and will need to show valid ID.
50% DUE AT TIME OF RESERVATION, BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE.
$100 cleaning fee extra.

What a lovely home to stay at! My three children and myself loved the decor, privacy, fireplaces, and being able to spend some quality time together in such a lovely home. You could not have asked for a better facilitated house from gameroom, hot tub, bedrooms, dining and living areas. All amazing! Will definitely stay again! Five stars from this family! We enjoyed our vacation very much. The house had every-thing we needed, pooltable, table tennis, hot tub, all kinds of board games. The beds were great. The kitchen was equiped with eveything you would need except large bowls. Watching the deer and wild turkeys was a bonus. The house was in a beautiful setting. Even though there were houses close by you still felt like you were in the country. I would highly recommend this place for your next vacation.

It was more than I expected it. The house was beautiful inside out. Very spacious and cozy. You will love it !! Loved the game room, which was one of our favorite places besides the living room. Great place to stay with friends and family. Owner was very nice and we would gladly come back next time around. Got our deposit back within 2 days without even asking! Not the cheapest house but worth every penny!!!

If your looking to have a great time with your family and loved ones in the Poconos, then I recommend this beautiful, clean, spacious and secured home. My family had an awesome time. Kids had fun in the play room,internet and t.v. Everything was nearby and conveniant. Will be back in the winter for sure! Homeowner is a real sweetheart! Hope everyone else enjoys as much as we did. The house was very clean, comfortable, and in very good condition. My family and I had a great time. The play room was fully renovated, and a lot of space. The teens enjoyed the play room very much. I would really recommend this house and it would be great for any family. Owner was easy to deal with. Only 2 hours away from New York. Nice pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc. in the community. I would rent this place again.

The house was beautiful, clean and well-appointed. Plenty of room for our 3 families. The teens enjoyed the lower level game room and bedroom but BRING EXTRA BLANKETS for those areas! Ella told us we should, and we should have listened! We would love to return in the summer. BEAUTIFUL location.

Very nice owner to deal with. Excellent place, clean, large, good location to everything - shopping and activities. Close to NYC - only 2 hours with the traffic. Stayed for New Year. Beautiful scientific view on the river. Would highly recommend.

My family had a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful house. It is the perfect get away place to release all the stress. You will not want to leave this place. It's so quiet, calm, natural, I can't find the words to describe the excitment of being there. The house is fully furnished and has all the commodities and more to enjoy your vacations.
