Located in the gated Saw Creek Estates community, filled with amenities (indoor/outdoor pools and tennis courts, ski slopes, restaurant, baseball field, basketball courts, lake and pound with a boats for rent). Walking distance to the Top of the World complex, which include pool, tennis courts, gym and restaurant.

The house fully furnished with brand new modern furniture, appliances, new washer and dryer, new Bosch dishwasher.
