Description of the Bushkill vacation townhouse rental

This beautiful lake view, two level end-unit townhouse is located in Bushkill, Pa. It is in a private gated community that offers great amenities such as 4 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, Eight Tennis Courts, etc. We are across from lake and within walking distance to outdoor/indoor pools, tennis courts, beach, paddle boats, kayaks, canoes and playground. Enjoy 2 floors of luxurious living in this spacious end-unit townhouse. The living room has a cathedral ceiling with skylights and with a wood-burning fireplace. Sliding glass door leads you out to a deck with a table, chairs and gas BBQ. The townhouse features 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. The first bedroom is on the first floor and it has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has another queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a sofa bed in the loft.There are 4 televisions (living room has a 32 inch plasma TV), DVD player and VCR. In addition, the kitchen is fully stocked to cook if you don't want to eat out. This home has central A/C (brand new unit installed summer of 2008) as well as new washer and dryer. All the furniture is brand new. Livingroom floor was replaced May 2009.

Community has 2 indoor pools, 4 outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, 2 lakes, a beach, racquetball courts, a fitness center, ski hill with lift, a baseball field, meeting rooms and the TOW Restaurant.

Relaxing getaway - close to all amenities

The house is as described. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils, cups, plates, and dishwasher. Although we were only able to spend 2 days at this property, we were able to grill and eat as a family for all of our meals on the deck. The pool (indoor and outdoor) as well as the lake with boating was only a few short blocks up the street. The close proximity made it easy to get in lots of activities. We look forward to a future stay when we can explore the nearby Bushkill Falls and the Delaware River Gap National Park.

The house was great, the best thing about it, it was very well equipped especially in the kitchen. I was there in the winter so did not do much outdoors. It was clean, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend a friend and will definitely rent again for myself.
