(16,175 sq. ft)lot, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, with a private pool and a few meters from a secluded beach. The villa is ideally located at Escondido Bay, between the towns of Sosua (2 kms) and Cabarete (7 kms)and a five minute drive from Puerto Plata International Airport (POP.

Gated community (24 hr security), offering total privacy but minutes away from all services and activities -including restaurants, supermarkets, two golf courses, a theme park, a unique childrens' playground and three casinos.
