Newly built beach front estate situated on two acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with tropical gardens and fruit trees. We call our home “Bajan House”. The main house consists of 3 waterfront bedroom suites each with a private veranda and bathroom. The property also has a private guest house with veranda overlooking our lagoon with water lillies and fish. This property was built for privacy and seclusion while enjoying all the features of a luxury resort. Situated just steps from our beach where you can enjoy walking the beach for miles, our walled and gated estate offers total privacy and still only 15 minutes from the well known beach town of Cabarete . The relaxing atmosphere of the tropical grounds and exquisite ocean views will make your vacation unique. Enjoy the large verandas and pool just steps from the ocean.

The main house consists of 3 air conditioned bedroom suites each containing a queen size bed with private veranda. The main house will comfortably sleep three couples. The guest house, which is available upon request for an additional charge has one air conditioned bedroom with a queen size bed, a complete kitchen, living area and veranda.

The Eastern Trade Winds and beautiful Turquoise waters make the compound refreshingly cool. The many coconut trees provide a shaded canopy and make “Bajan House” a paradise. You can enjoy all the free coconut water you wish.

You will never need to leave the property if you want total privacy. Our maid/cook is happy to prepare your meals. She is happy to prepare a full American Breakfast with fresh fruit each morning. She will also prepare other daily meals. You simply make a list, provide the funds, and she will happily go to the market daily to buy groceries, fresh fruits, and vegetables. She will be there to help as much or as little as you wish. This service is included in our rate.

Our grounds keeper, security staff, and Francis, our manager, will work to make your stay memorable. Our masseuse will allow you to enjoy a daily 60 minute massage for only $25. Francis is also happy to arrange visits to local attractions, activities and special sights, or upon your request he would be happy to transport you and /or your guests. If language is a concern Francis can arrange tour guides to show you the local sights and acquaint you with the Dominican culture. Dominicans are a unique, happy and friendly people who enjoy sharing their culture and interests.

Francis will arrange airport transportation to “Bajan House” and help with any other information you may need. He will tell you all about what you should see and do in the Dominican Republic whether it be horse back riding on the beach, a camp fire on the beach, whale watching, golf, gambling, visiting the mountains, kite surfing or kite surfing lessons, white water rafting, farm tours, Santo Domingo trip, Ocean World and much more. The Dominican Republic has it all. You might even want to spend a day lending a helping hand to a local charity.

Las Canas Beach is located 15 minutes East of Cabarete with its many restaurants, night clubs and activities. We are 3 minutes west of Gaspar Hernandez, a busy Dominican town with local restaurants and other services.

Book your flight to arrive in Puerto Plato International Airport located 45 minutes from Las Canas. American flights arrive from Miami and San Juan. Continental Airlines flights arrive once a day from Newark. Once you arrive Francis will begin to make sure your relaxing vacation begins.
