This spectacular private villa designed for the select few who want the ultimate in vacation getaways. This extravagant villa is located in a most exclusive beachfront gated community between Sosua and Cabarete,
Sea Horse Ranch.
Your private retreat encompasses over 6,000 sq ft of contemporary living area and your own gigantic pool set in a walled garden area for total privacy. You are only 15 minutes from the international airport of Puerto Plata (POP), 10 minutes to the action (and superb dining) beaches of Cabarete and 5 minutes to the numerous discos, gambling and beaches of Sosua. Life doesn't get any better.

Villa Serenity beautifully blends tropical living with clean modern architectural lines. The large main room and terrace is where guests enjoy breezy cross ventilation and casual dinners from the gourmet kitchen.

The large upper and lower terraces feature tropical lounge furnishings for guests when they retire after a refreshing dip in our grand pool and Jacuzzi. There is a dedicated cinema room with a 100" screen and fully stocked (over 100) DVD library for you enjoyment.

The layout is designed with three bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs, all with bathrooms en suite, cedar closets and television. Upstairs rooms each have a king beds, downstairs one guest room has two full beds all with A/C and one guest room has a queen bed. Magnificent furnishings, safe, spectacular bathrooms, a state of the art Italian kitchen, modern Mediterranean inspired design and an excellent location just a couple minutes walking to the Beach Club make this villa an unbelievable oasis from your customary life.

To further augment your stay we include a full time cook/maid with a car and driver to transport you to any other location on this magnificent island.

Area Description

The exclusive Sea Horse Ranch Beach Club is framed by giant sea grape trees that burst with fruit in the fall, has been described as one of the most serene places in the world. The thatch roof and circular design echo the traditional island "bohío". The panoramic 180-degree view of the ocean features the Puerto Plata seascape veiled by Mount Isabela. The Beach Club menu offers a delicious array of fresh entrees prepared with local ingredients including seared tuna, ceviche and Dominican country stew. Guests use the Beach Club as a place to read in a bathing suit and sarong or to simply take a break in the shade after swimming at the beach coves. The pools is designed with a natural aesthetic that blends with the natural beauty of the El Bosque nature reserve which features more than 15 different tree species and is home to an abundance of herrings, gulls and marine crustaceans.

The main pool features two hydrotherapy cascades, is five feet deep and holds 87,000 gallons of water. The smaller pool, designed for children, is two feet deep and holds 14,000 gallons. Guests and villa owners enjoy the pool's ocean views and it has become a significant socializing point and meeting place for the community.

The Tennis Club features a Pro Shop, 5 clay courts, ball boys and private lessons for adults and children. Two courts are equipped with lighting for night play. Even if you are not an avid tennis player, Sea Horse Ranch members welcome you to join them on the court. The relaxed atmosphere invites players to socialize after their match and onlookers to enjoy refreshment amongst new friends. We frequently arrange informal tournaments and round robins.

You can ride horses on the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean! The Equestrian Center offers organized tours on over 7 miles of bridal paths and beaches as well as instruction in dressage and jumping for advanced riders and novices alike. Our stable boards Paso Finos, Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds. If you're interested in riding horses in the Dominican Republic our Equestrian Center is the place.

Just 8 minutes down the coastal highway is the once sleepy fishing village of Cabarete. Today it is a World Class Windsurfing and Kite Boarding destination. All windsurfing centers are conveniently located right on the beach. You can rent gear, purchase gear and take every level of instruction from each windsurfing center. As if all this weren't enough for an action packed vacation, Cabarete is the Dominican Republic's hub for Eco-Tourism and Adventure Tourism with mountain biking, trekking, scuba, snorkeling, beach buggies, etc.
