Very nice villa for rent in quiet gated community, on walking distance from the palmtree lined beach and the mainstreet with banks, stores, bars and restaurants. The only big supermarket is very close by. No car needed.

Private garden with carport, patio, bbq and swimmingpool.

Very spacious living/dining area and open kitchen.
Master bedroom with kingsize bed, walk-in closet and bathroom and airconditioning. Two other bedrooms with queen beds and shared bathroom. Second bedroom also has airconditioning. Third bedroom also has a twin bed besides the queen bed. In living/dining is another sofa/twin bed.
Ventilators in all the rooms.

Ask owner for very competitive rates for monthly and long term rental.

Yearly rental also possible.

Cabarete is one of world's best kite boarding beach.

Local travel agents offer many expeditions and excursions for the adventurous, such as horseback riding, carting, zip-lining, rafting, hiking, mountain biking, boogie boarding, cascading etc. Beautiful waterfalls in El Choco National Park.
Rental locations, shops and schools for scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing and kite-boarding.
Beautiful 18-hole "Trent Jones" golf course at Playa Grande about one hour away. Two other 9-hole golf courses a short distance away.
