This house can sleep 6 people comfortably. Nestled between the Caribbean Ocean and breath taking mountains, this ideal location offers privacy, great seafood restaurants and some of the most spectacular beaches on the Island.
Mirador del Sol is a private vacation home that is best enjoyed by those looking to relax. The downstairs area has been designed for maximum comfort and convenience.
Mirador del Sor is a gated subdivision with monitored access. Mirador del Sol is strategically located on road #102 within few miles from the best Cabo Rojo seafood restaurants in the Joyuda area. Whether you enjoy the restaurants in town or decide to purchase your fresh fish from the fisherman nearby and cook it at home this enchanting Caribbean paradise does not disappoint. Being at only few miles away from Mayaguez, Hormigueros, San German, this subdivision offers convenient access to road #2 and #100,major traffic arteries to places like Mayaguez shopping Mall, Combate and Boqueron beaches.
Area Description
Situated on the absolute SW tip of the island of Puerto Rico about two and a half hours from San Juan (Isla Verde International Airport) and 35 minutes from Aguadilla-Borinquen Airport, in the exciting area of Cabo Rojo, this property welcomes you from your moment of first arrival. (Take Highway 100 to Cabo Rojo and then Highway 102, Joyuda). It's a 10 minute car ride to the famous Boquerón Beach with its gentle warm waters and sleepy island breezes. Then get into your car, and take a fifteen minutes drive through the salt flats and the Nature Preserve to La Playa de Los Morrillos; perhaps the most magnificent beach in the Caribbean. This glorious crescent shaped white sandy beach is usually never crowded and provides a tranquil getaway to enjoy the sun and swim.

Vacation Rental Policies
- Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Discover, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa
- Check In: 4 p.m.
- Check Out: 10 a.m.
- Required Stay: 3 nights minimun
- Lodging Tax: 7%
- Deposits: Note: Recreational facilities of the community have not been completed, yet. (Holidays $125-night)
The deposit is $200 or 20% if the rental is more than a $1,000.00. If you pay with a valid credit card you do not need a security deposit. If you want to pay through PayPal System or Cash I will require a $200 refundable security deposit.
- Other Fees: * Additional guests in the property, will need to pay $10 extra per person per night!!!
* The Guest agrees that the Owner can charge additional fees to cover:
* Early arrival or late departure charges * Non-return of keys - $250 * Extra cleaning fees * Loss or breakage of inventory items * Damage to the Property or its equipment.

Excellent Home Away from Home

This was the perfect place for us to stay at a very reasonable price. The house is beautiful, very clean and it made us feel like we were home. This was our first time trying this and I must say it will not be the last it was better and much, much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. It has everything you need if you are traveling with kids. The kitchen is fully stocked, towels and linnens are there for you to use. We did not use the kitchen much except for making coffee in the morning because we found the perfect bakery "RICOMINI BAKERY" were we ended up having breakfast 10 days in a row because it was that good and very inexpensive. When we did have small issues with the TV and the AC in one of the bedrooms they were very quickly addrresed and resolved. We had a great and fantastic vacation and we hope to stay there again sometime soon. Thanks a bunch Migdalia

Our stay at your rental home was quite comfortable. We greatly appreciated having a very clean, spacious home to relax in after our various daily activities. The home is in a great location for visiting the area beaches, as well as our trips for diving to La Parguera and Rincon. The kitchen had all the necessities for preparing meals when we chose not to dine out. When you have 5 people, cooking meals is a tremendous cost saver. The rental was very affordable and I will recommend to anyone to rent this home for their vacation in PR.

The home was super nice, clean and new, including all of the furniture! It was like being in your own home with almost everything you need. The home included a coffee maker, plates, utensils and comfortable sheets and linens and so much more. It was definitely a better experience than the one night stay at a hotel.
The community was very private and secured. We loved being around the laid-back locals and enjoyed the Panaderia bakery down the street, along with the small business which sold pinchos, snow cones and other local favorites. We enjoyed the dive but a local favorite restaurant, which was called Cafe Negro. The prices were reasonable and we loved the food and the pina coladas in plastic cups!
The owner of the home is extremely professional and understanding of her customer's needs. She was always available when you call her and if not, she always called back right away. I am definitely coming back to Joyuda!

Oh my gosh! this house is great!!! we definitively found our home for whenever we come to visit. 5 mins to either Supermarkets, Mc Donalds, Bakeries, Joyuda village (eat at El Bohio) Close to the beaches and to town (fresh made ice cream at Rex Cream) and awesome latte's at Friends Cafe (free internet and the friendliest people... clean and nice!!!) it was a completely relaxing vacation being able to come "home" and relax and take showers, A/C in every room... plasma with Direct TV.... Washer to clean our salty watered swimsuits and towels.... Migdalia was awesome to work with and the house is great.. it will be even better when they complete the community center with the pool!!! we are coming back!!!

Dear Migdalia,Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your house in Cabo Rojo. It was perfect!! We were very comfortable and happy. The house is very well equipped with everything needed to cook and relax while on vacation. My family from Ponce PR came for a reunion and loved the house as well. It is very close to beautiful Boqueron beach and Bahia Sucia another beautiful beach area that has breathtaking scenery. Walmart and Mayaguez are very close for easy shopping. The house is beautiful and comfortable. It is very clean and in a peaceful neighborhood. Everything is near - shopping, food, beaches, etc... The owner was very helpful and always available for any requests or concerns.
I definitively recommend this home to anyone. It's more comfortable and affordable than a hotel room. I'm even thinking of buying a home in this community. It's that good!!!!

Nos sentimos como en casa. Vivimos en el área este de la isla y queríamos hacer turismo interno.La casa está preciosa y muy bien decorada además de limpia. La dueña muy atenta en todo momento cuando nos comunicamos con ella. Todos los cuartos con aire acondiconados y abanicos de techos. El cuarto principal tenía TV con cable. Ella nos informó que acababa de instalar los A/C en los dos cuartos pequeños y el TV en el cuarto principal. Los restaurantes del área excelentes y la propiedad estaba cerca de todo, supermercados, bancos, negocios de comida rápida, etc. Buyé y Boquerón está bien cerca y accesible. En fin nos quedaremos allí nuevamente pronto.

This is the perfect vacation home for everyone, Excellent location and close to supermarkets, fast foods, excellent seafood restaurants, beautiful beaches, etc. Everything was immaculate. The place was perfect. Well-maintained,clean and smell fresh. The place was very clean, very comfortable. Had cable TV, A/C, all appliances, hair dryers, iron, felt like home away from home! The owner sent us by email all the procedures to check-in and check-out.The mall, beaches and restaurants where all less then 10 min. away.There is a great amount of seafood restaurants near by, but we decided to cook and eat in the beautiful kitchen. I highly recommend this place to families. The place was very clean, very comfortable. Also, it's about 10 minutes from the Mayaguez Mall, and less than a minute from banks, supermarkets, etc. so everything was quite accesible. The place is really comfortable, A+ and the price is excellent, too!! I will definitively stay here again!!!

This is the perfect vacation home for everyone, Excellent location and close to supermarkets, fast foods, excellent seafood restaurants, beautiful beaches, etc. Everything was immaculate. The place was perfect. Well-maintained,clean and smell fresh. The place was very clean, very comfortable. Had cable TV, A/C, all appliances, hair dryers, iron, felt like home away from home!
