Description of the Cabo San Lucas vacation condo rental

5 star PLAYA GRANDE RESORT on its own private beach with no vendors allowed. Only a 5 minute walk to down town and Cabo Wabo. A full service Resort & Spa, complete with Room Service, 3 Restaurants, 5 pools, 4 large spas and two underwater bars. There is maid service that comes twice a day. They will leave towels daily, clean, do dishes, etc... Playa Grande also has an amazing spa with massages, facials, etc. Amazing ocean and Mariana views, you can even watch the whales without even leaving the resort pool.

It is on "The Ridge", which is the VIP section of the resort. It's a private area. The hotel has restricted access to all other guests at the hotel without a room on “The ridge”. They can't go up there, use pools/ spas or even use the private entrance to town. One pool in the Ridge over looks the Pacific Ocean and the other pool overlooks the Sea of Cortez & Marina.

It's a brand new unit, built in 2007. It has 2 balconies, which provide views of the Marina and Sea of Cortez. At night the view of the marina are spectacular. It is a 1 bedroom/ 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen. It sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a King size bed, a double Murphy bed in living room with a separate closet. Someone can also sleep on the couch, as well as a pull out cot. Enjoy a week or more vacation in paradise.

The hotel rents these units starting at $3500 a week. It’s a great deal to rent this 1 bedroom for only $1200 a week. One week is 7 nights and 8 days. Check in/out on Saturdays.

In 2010… Feb 6-13, Feb. 13-20, Oct 16-23, Oct 23-30, Oct 30-Nov 6

The Los Cabos fishing tournament is held here at the Playa Grande. All three weeks in Oct. & Nov. are during the fishing tournaments. The Marina will be filled with spectacular boats since last year’s prize was $3 million.

I'm also willing to sell any of the weeks. I have fixed weeks and a fixed unit. The great thing about fixed weeks is that you never have to struggle to make a reservation. You simply show up each year and it's ready for you. The hotel is selling fixed weeks in Feb for $35,000 and Oct/Nov at $30,000 per week. I'm selling weeks for only $10,000. That is 28 weeks of vacation for only $357 a week.
