Description of the Cabo San Lucas vacation condo rental

This beautiful 2 bedroom property overlooks the courtyard and pool at Marina Sol, a private condominium complex in the heart of Cabo San Lucas. Just one block from the famous Medano Beach, this 1400 sq. ft. condo includes a 26 ft. covered balcony with barbeque and outdoor seating. It was completely remodeled in 2009 with granite, slate and marble finishes and then redecorated in 2011 in a colourful contemporary style.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a double futon couch. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed that can be separated into two twins. The high thread count sheets and plush towels are all new. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks while another bathroom is just off the second bedroom. Hot water in the condo is provided by an on-demand hot water system which means you will never be without hot water. In the utility room there is a washer and dryer. The open plan kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave and UV filtered drinking water. There is a very efficient air conditioning system throughout.
Only steps to the pool with swim-up bar and restaurant, and a block to the beach or downtown restaurants and night-life, this condo is designed to make your stay in Cabo San Lucas perfect in every way.
