Private home overlooking the Cabo San Lucas Marina and City located in beautiful, sunny, prestigious Cabo San Lucas available for weekly, monthly or long term rental. Located in the secure, gated, exclusive community of the Pedregal.

Our home was built in 2003 and is approximately 2,300 square feet in size and two levels. The three bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms are located downstairs. Each bedroom has its own theme: Tropical room; Nautical room; and the Surfers room (which includes boogie board & skim board for your use).

The full kitchen, dining room, living room and terrace are located upstairs and have a spectacular view of the city, marina and bay.

On our upper deck is a hot/cool tub which overlooks the city, marina & bay.

Our home rents with a full size clothes washer and dryer (laundry room is located downstairs)

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $10.00 per night per pet.(long term will be discussed if applicable)

Our kitchen has a bar top with two chairs for visiting while you are cooking, or to serve appetizers. For your convenience we have also included:
