Every spacious room in this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath retreat has an appealing designer's touch, carried into the kitchen, with its modern appliances and granite countertops. Outside, lounge around in cushy chairs around the splendid infinity pool, or under the cooling shade of the handsome palapa.

The yard is lushly landscaped, and makes an ideal setting for pleasant dining, perhaps with something tasty prepared on the gas BBQ. Don't forget the nearby jacuzzi for drifting off into sweet relaxation.

Villa Helena has one of those ideal locations where villa vacationers feel like Los Cabos is their own private retreat. Truly a satisfying slice of Paradise.

The Pedregal is somewhat of the grande dame of private, residential communities in Cabo San Lucas. Despite 30 years of steady growth, the locality still manages to hold onto some of its Old World even Mediterranean feeling, while yet embracing the new. The area 's 360 acres feature sweeping Pacific Ocean views. It has cobblestone streets, classy restaurants and sporting options, with an emphasis on privacy and a casual, tropical lifestyle. There are some fabulous homes in the Pedregal, with new ones on the way. The great ocean breeze makes the Pacific side cooler in the summer months; it's somewhat quieter than the Bay side, with lovely sunsets and whale watching. The Pacific beach isn't safe for swimming, but excellent swimming is available at Médano beach, less than a mile away.
