Cabo's Best Vacation Villa Deal! 5 Bd / 5 Ba (#35315)

Our family of 10 adults and 1 child met at Casa Shiraz for our first Christmas vacation away from home. The weather was perfect, the house was just right with great views of the ocean and sunsets, and the private beach was very nice. We had easy access to grocery shopping as we had most of our meals at home. Driving into Cabo was easy and quick. It was a great place to be while the snow was flying at home!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Casa Shiraz for two weeks. We especially loved the woodwork and the architectural detail in the house. We truly had a great time. There were three couples, two singles and two children the first week; the second we were three couples and a single. We really lived on the deck. We so enjoyed the view. We saw whales the very first day. I would say that we would love to be there the whole month of Feb next year. The beach was absolutely fantastic. And since we loved taking advantage of the chairs and umbrella in the garage storage unit, we always drove to the parking area. I enjoyed snorkeling. we rent a car so that we would have a grocery getter. We taxied to Todos Santos for a day and thoroughly enjoyed it. One day we took the bus to San Jose and really loved it. The house itself is wonderful: loved the
large bedrooms,the glass dining room table being so large that we could all sit together and eat dinner. We really appreciated all the dishes and utensils. We really appreciated local property management's attention; their manner was so courteous and accommodating. It was a pleasure dealing with Amir. He is eager to please and his info sheet on Cabo and the Casa made it so easy for us to feel quite at home.

I unfortunately could not go on the vacation I planned and reserved with this house. Good news was I was very relived at the courtesy and convenience in which the owner promptly returned my deposit.

The sign by the door reads "Mi casa is su casa" (my house is yours), which pretty well sums up the experience of staying at Casa Shiraz. It really felt like home away from home, making for a lovely stay. Our extended family of 14 enjoyed many meals at "home" finding everything we needed from cheese graters to a food processor! Between the large dining room and the spacious deck there was plenty of room to sit down and eat, relax and visit. The convenience of having a washer and dryer was great and the water purification system throughout the house is not to be overlooked as we safely cooked and brushed teeth with no ill effects! (although drank bottled water for taste). The view of Land's End is spectacular and the private beach was the absolute best for beauty, relaxation and snorkeling. Even the necessity of taking the local bus into downtown Cabo (unless you rent a car or hire a taxi) was great as it lent authenticity to the experience of being in a foreign country (good for the kids!). We much preferred the quiet neighborhood and beach of Cabo Bello to the maddening crowds and vendors of Medano Beach in the heart of the tourist center. Grocery shopping was located nearby, either at the Costco or the local markets nearby. We walked to Village Serena for dinner out one night and stopped at a nearby taco stand several times for quick taco fixes! I greatly preferred my stay at a private home over that of an more "Americanized" condo in the hub of tourist buzz.

So glad that we stayed at Casa Shiraz. The house was beautiful, location perfect, great views, awesome decks and wonderful snorkeling beach so close. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again from 8 happy vacationers.
