Welcome to Cabo San Lucas and the breathtaking beauty of Lands End and the Sea of Cortez. And the place to stay is Villa La Estancia to enjoy your stay in Cabo. Located on Medano Beach and within a short walk to center of town, Villa 3607 is the place to stay with over 2100 sq ft and all the features of a 5 Star Hotel.
Villa La Estancia overlooks the Sea of Cortez and Medano beach, the only swimmable beach in Cabo with outstanding views of Lands End. VLE is a full ownership community with 24 hour front desk services, a concierge to arrange all your activities, make restaurant reservations, secure transportation and take care of all your needs while you stay at VLE.
The luxurious 6th floor privately owned villa offers a huge terrace with a wet bar and an outstanding view of the ocean, Medano Beach and Lands End.
The living area features two bedrooms with a King Bed in the master bedroom and two queens in the second bedroom with three full bathrooms. The Master bedroom features a jetted tub, separate shower, dressing table, and double sinks. Bedrooms come with large closets, dressing areas, televisions, telephones and security safes. This truly feel like your home.
The infinity pools feature lovely fountains and a swim up bar for your convience along with five hot tubs located throughout the property. Don't forget the executive fitness center, European spa and two lighted tennis courts. The poolside restaurant offers outstanding service for both lunch and dinner. If you have a rental car, parking is free.
All VLE guest have privileges at the two sister properties, Villa Del Palmar and Villa Del Arco which offer several excellent restaurants along with Kids in Paradise program. In addition, a mini mall with a supermarket, deli, internet cafe is located on site. The area also features Wal Mart, Costco and Sams Club for stocking your full kitchen.

Golfers have the choice of 7 world championship golf courses such as Cabo Del Sol Ocean Course..
