This 3 bedroom, 3 bath Penthouse is equipped with 3 king-size beds, 1 queen-size sofa in the living room , 3 full bathrooms, & a jacuzzi on the balcony. There are Flat screen TV's in all rooms, large kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee-maker, microwave, kitchen utensils and iron, hair-dryer, and a safe deposit box. Hotel amenities consist of a huge infinity pool, swim up bar, large 12 person Jacuzzi, expansive elevated. Pool area with the finest views of the Cabo Bay, full Spa, Gymnasium and brand new Beach Club. You will also find access to all watersports and other beach activities right at your disposal. Ther is also several restaurants on the property including one on the roof...amazing views... Cabo Villas Beach Resort is one of the only five star resort properties in the entire Los Cabos area where you may never need a taxi or rental car.

Area Description

Many appreciate the central location, just a five minute walk from the marina, the Puerto Paraiso Shopping Center, as well as downtown restaurants, entertainment, and night life. Did I mention that Cabo Villas Beach Resort is also located on one of the ONLY swimmable beach in Cabo!!

This place is amazing... From the second you set foot on the resort you know it's going to be an awesome week. This resort is beautiful and very well maintained/clean. The staff is so friendly and at your every service upon request. We have stayed at soem other properties there in Cabo and haven't recieved quite the same treatment as a Cabo Villas. The restaurant on top of the building is got some excellent food and breathtaking views. They will even prepare your personal catch of the day anyway you like... We had them make some civechi from a Dorado we caught and it was incredible!! This is probably if not the best location in all of Cabo... you will NOT need a taxi at all, except for the airport.. Everyhting else is either at the resort or within a few blocks walking (Marina, shopping and downtown)... I am sure you will fall in love with this place!!
