Vacation Rental Description

The Villa is direct at a beautiful bay, without direct neighbors,with playful gardens surrounding the 3 bedroom Villa .The ambience of the house is absolutely inviting ,the newly decorated and furnished interior makes the place verry unique. The house has two levels ,and a big terrace leading the poll facing the sea.The pantry kitchen is open to the living area .You can make your choice of having a chef or cook on your own .

Area Description

Next village - Rio San Juan a typically Dominican town with a few Restaurant's and Bars, which is not over-run with foreigners.The lagoon direct by the Villa is a great spot for swimming and snorkeling, and the next public beach is 5 min. by walk. A few other public beaches are 2-10 minutes by cab / car. The fabulous golf course playa grande is 5 min by car, and other activities like surfing, fishing, sailing, guided tours through the country, ect. will be arranged from us, and starts direct at the Villa.
