Description of the Cadillac vacation home rental

Newly remodeled home with hardwood floors in kitchen, dining and living areas. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms on main floor and one bedroom and one bathroom in basement. Sitting area in basement.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The nautical bedroom has a queen size bed and one set of bunk beds. The single room has a twin bed. The basement bedroom has a full size lower bed and a twin upper bed.

The home sits on approximately one acre of land and overlooks wooded property with a wide variety of wildlife. Excellent area for outdoor photographers.

We accept small dogs under 35 pounds. There will be an additional charge.

Within walking distance to Rose Lake County Park. The park has a boat launch for the water enthusiasts and fishermen. There are many golf courses within an hour's drive. The closest being 1 mile from the property (The Rose), 20 minutes from downtown Cadillac, 90 minutes from downtown Traverse City and downtown Grand Rapids, and 3 hours to the Mackinaw Bridge.

In the winter, there are snowmobile trails and skiing nearby. About 25 minutes to the White Pine Trail (Rails To Trails) in Cadillac, which runs 93 miles to Belmont (north of Grand Rapids).

• Deposits: A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 21 days of departure, after check-out inspection by owner's representative, providing all policies are adhered to and there is no damage to the home or property.
   
• Other Fees: PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required sixty(60)days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests is limited to ten (10) persons. An additional charge of $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to (10) ten will be assessed.
