The house is situated about 3 km out of our village and about 3 km from the nearest beach (3min. by car).

Description: a comfortable and spacious open kitchen-lounge area,good furnished and well equipped, living-room with sofa, TV, two bedrooms (one double-bed-room, one bedroom with two single-beds, wardrobe, ...), mezzanine with two sleeps in the kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing-machine.

Our village called Gonnesa - about 50 km from Cagliari/Elmas

In and arround Gonnesa you find a lot of restaurants. And we rent self catering apartements and vacation houses. All apartements/houses are situated on private lots of land about 300m-3000m out of the village and appr. 2,5-3 km from the next beach. And there are a lot of beaches in this area! Ideal for snorkeling, relax....and a famous area for hiking, climbing, MTBing
