Fisherman's authentic charming house completely renewed at 50 metres of the sea, in the typically Mediterranean and tourist district of the small harbour of Cros de Cagnes. 95 m2 on three floors (the third one fitted out in woodwork), fireplace, the house is completely equipped and close to all the conveniences (seaside Promenade, restaurants, shops and boutiques, cafes, post office, banks, the market, the supermarket, big parking lots), 5 mn by car of the airport of Nice and 1mn by foot from CROS de CAGNES train station. The potential of sports activities is immense and the choice is possible between sea and mountain (in the Alpes-Maritimes, mountains join the sea! Exceptional!), numerous cultural visits (many famous painters museums such as Renoir, Chagall, Matisse, medieval sites, famous villages with their typical crafts), amusement parks (Marineland, Aqualand, Fair), houseraces all year at the Cagnes sur Mer Hippodrome. The Farniente is also guaranteed on beaches few steps away from the house.

Location

The house is located by the St Pierre famous little church at 50 metres from the Mediterranean Sea. In a quite little street, La Maison du Pêcheur is right in the middle of the touristic typical area of Le Cros de Cagnes and its port.
At few steps from the Promenade de la Mer and its various sport activities, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, creperies, shows, supermarket and local market (twice per week), post office, banks, bike rental...

In between, Monaco and St Tropez, visits of the many famous cities along the coast are easy and close by car (from 10mn to 1 Hour drive). Film Festival in Cannes in may, Formula1 Grand Prix in Monaco in april, Carnaval de Nice in February...
