A Good apartment / flat in Cairo for rent (#12271)

Write a review Ich hab mich sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Vermieter holt dich/euch vom Flughafen ab. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gegenüber eines Parks, echt schön. Es ist sehr sauber.Nur zu empfehlen This was my 3rd trip to Cairo, and I loved having my own flat, with a kitchen, living rooom, and dining room. Usama Oraby was great to work with as I contacted him at the last moment because a different flat I had reserved was not available. Thank you so much!! When I came to Cairo for the fourth time in December 2008, I rented an apartment with Usama Oraby and I did not regret my decision for one moment. Everything took place as we had arranged it earlier via the Internet, the place he offered me was exceptionally clean and well kept, located in a good area and safe. On top of being very professional, Usama was extremely friendly and I was able to contact him 24/7 if there was any problem. Which there wasn't:-) If you need to rent an apartment for your stay in Cairo, I recommend you to book with Usama. You cannot go wrong. Christiana Aghaizu The apartment lies in a safe, touristfriendly and (for Cairo relatively) calm neighbourhood with lots of possibilities to shop and explore the everyday life in Cairo. Leaving the apartment you are in 20 minutes (40 pound) at the Nile with a taxi. Do not believe any travelguide. The people of Cairo are friendly people and you can mingle safely amongst them. The accomodation is designed as a French palace, it is very big and with all amenities needed. The owner is an honest, friendly and helpful man. I recommened this apartement to everyone and would surely myself come back. You can mail me for further info After an abscence of 40 years, I returned to Cairo for a visit and enjoyed the trip of a lifetime. Cairo is no doubt one of the greatest cities in the world and to be able to enjoy it while living in my own apartment was priceless. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable with every home convinience you can think of from a fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, bath, shower, satelite TV (lots of English channels including BBC news) you'll need for a very enjoyable stay. The shopping and dining is world class at the "City Stars" mall which is a 10 minute walk away. Going downtown... take the elevator to the ground floor and hail one of the plentiful cabs (you won't have to wait more than 30 seconds) and for a 5 dollar cab fare you can be in the heart of Cairo. Last but not least is Usama, landlord, host, companion, guide and friend. This is an honest decent family man who was ready to address any need or request I had. When I return, I wouldnt think of staying anywhere else. Wow, we so enjoyed our time in Cairo, the location of the apartment was great, very quiet area. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. If your looking for privacy this is the place to go. If and when we decide on a return visit to Cairo we would definetly give this place a call back. First, the apartment itself was quite charming. It has a wonderfully large dining and living room area. The balcony offers a wonderful view and the bedrooms are very quiet and insure a restful night's sleep. There were so many restaurants and cafes in the immediate area it only took minutes to walk to them. I loved that it was situated so close to Cairo's largest mall,,City Stars. This has to be one of the most beautiful malls I have ever seen. I have stayed there on two seperate occasions, and each stay was fantastic. And thank-you Usama, for your wonderful hospitality ! Monsieur Ussama, le proprietaire, est très gentil et serviable. Je vous le recommande sans réserves. I have spent the unforgetable vacation in Cairo 2 months ago.. We all know that the most nice thing when you are abroad is to feel like home there.. so I would like to thank Usama (who is really a great guy) for such a comfortable and a safe place where i felt like home.. I want to talk about the values: this flat has all conveniences, it is situated in the very nice area in Cairo (near the park: El-hadika El-dawlia, so you can see the nice view out of the window). Moreover the flat is very big, it has all you need: a kitchen,a bedroom,a bathroom and a living room where u can seat with your friends.. The neighbours also are very polite and nice people (once they helped me alot) and the door man is a very kind and quick guy who can make all your wish and needs come true :) To be short - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone to stay at this place and to have a deal with a very honest and nice man Usama! woohoo xxx p.s. I love Cairo! I stayed at the apartment after leaving a 5 Star hotel and it was wonderful. The area was very accessible and it is near the shopping centers (City Stars) and other points of interests. The apartment itself was a two bedroom with a full kitchen. The reception area is great. The landlord was so helpul in getting me settled in. I am recommending this to all my friends. I stayed here and it was a great location and a wonderful deal. I had my own apartment for three weeks. Very spacious and comfortable. This was a great area of Cairo. You must visit "City Stars" mall, which is near the apartment as it is a great fantastic place to shop for anything. I thought I was shopping in Beverly Hills. I loved the neighbors, and the view from this apartment was just beautiful . There is a bakery next door that is just great and I visited it several times a week. Very secure and safe. I am going to re-rent this apartment in a few months as I just loved this place and this part of Cairo. All the people in the area were so warm,kind and real helpful. The handy ATM's were very near as well as many sites to visit. I LOVE EGYPT Also, the owner of the apartment gave me excellent help in every way possible which really made my trip wonderful.
