Only 5 minutes from the Nile, French & American Embassy Schools. Built in 1944, and recently renovated. All services are within walking distance.

Excellent for an Embassy residence, Medical Center or prestigious Restaurant. Corner lot approximately 4400 sq. ft. Has 11 foot ceiling rooms, and a Large Terrace. Utility Underground Electric, Water, and Natural Gas Service provided. Has six air condition/heat pump units, and windows provided with security screens.

The first floor comprises a 5 room, open space, living/dining/reception area, a 5 room services area, a full bathroom, and two restrooms. The second floor is a 4 room sleeping area, with a full bathroom, and a restroom.

$3500 per month, yearly rental, furnished or unfurnished!

Arrangements to visit the Pyramids, Red Sea, Mediteranean Sea, and the Oasis of Fayum, Buheira, and Siwa are made at 'Cooks Travel' agency or the Sofitel Hotel in Maadi, 5 minutes away by car.

Maadi has a lot of Taxis that can take you anywhere in town for a dollar. You can also go shopping, or to restaurants, on foot, or jog at your leasure. Everything is close by, the weather balmy, and the people friendly.
