Walking distance to all that Calabash-Sea Food Capital Of The World- has to offer, which, when it comes down to it, isn’t very much- and in it lies its charm. Go down to the harbor to meet the shrimp boats, and at $4-$5 a pound you can eat them like pop-corn. Long, lazy days at the beach-miles of white sand stretching from the fishing pier to the wild bird sanctuary, and on and on and on. Restaurants, shops, over 100 golf courses within 35 mile: many within 5 miles, pools, day spas- half an hour south to Myrtle Beach, half an hour north to Wilmington.
As for the condo complex itself, five 3 story small buildings share a pool & hot-tub, a large parking facility, landscaped grounds, outdoor grills & picnic tables. & inner court yards. The unit you’ll be renting is unique in its Terra Cotta stone flooring throughout-from porch to bathrooms, inner French doors from bedroom to second bedroom/den, texture-painted in cool Moroccan, calming colors with all the conveniences of home-including a washer/dryer room and ground floor location.
