Second floor condo, approx 1200 sq/ft.
2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the Commons II section.
#2505 backs onto the golf course and is across the parking lot from the swimming pool and fitness spa. Center unit on the second level.

This units sleeps 4. It has been recently upgraded with a new leather stadium seating arrangement, contemporary area carpet and a 42" HDTV widescreen TV set in a new hutch.

Full equipped kitchen and Laundry with washer and dryer.

Full size deck over looking the 1st hole of the Dogwood course.

Calabash is the "Seafood Capital of World"
Located half way between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC.
Calabash is at the North part of the Grand Strand.
