Description of the Callicoon vacation cabin rental

Vacation Rental Description:

House lies on quiet dead end road, 60' from Delaware River with 1/4 mile frontage.
On the homes lower level are the kitchen, dining and sitting rooms. The upper level contains a small bedroom w/ a queen bed, bath, living room and a loft with queen and twin bed. Area totals about 750 square feet. Kitchen utensils and one service of linens are included. On site canoe available with deposit.

Activities and Attractions:

River is clean and inviting. Great fishing for trout, bass, walleye and spring shad. Two miles to town with restaurants, bars, supermarket, laundry, library and movie theater. Sunday farmers market in town during Summer and Fall. If you have kids, don't miss the Tractor Parade on June 14th.

RATES: JULY, AUGUST - mininum one week stay

Month = $4000

MARCH, APRIL, MAY, JUNE, SEPT., NOV.
Friday + Saturday nite = $450
Three nites = $550
(Week)Six nites = $900
Month = $3000

Victor's cabin was great. My husband & I spent our 19th anniversary there and had a wonderful time. The wildlife was amazing! We brought our kayaks up and were on the river every morning and every evening. The fishing was great; I caught an 8 pound small mouth bass (among several smaller ones). We watched an immature bald eagle eat a fish from the charming breakfast nook, and there were deer everywhere. Great photo ops. A very serene setting. I hope to come back again soon! Thank you, Victor, for a fantastic getaway!

My family and I stayed at victor Kask,s cabin last summer. The cabin was very clean and had all the comforts of home. I have two boys who enjoyed their time completey. We went fishing, swimming, and boating and even eeling at night. My wife and I enjoyed the amazing setting that can not be matched. We loved just relaxing on the river. The location of the cabin has to be one of the best in New york.
