Downtown Solomons Island is less than five minutes away and the Cheseapeake is less than 10 minutes by boat.

The property is located at the end of a quiet dead end street, minutes from new nearby shopping centers, the Calvert Maritime Museum, art galleries,excellent restaurants, and night life in Solomons Island. The town of Lusby is one hour south of both Washington D.C. and Annapolis. The University of Maryland has an Environmental Research branch in Solomons Island.
