Add 11% tax* on all rental fees. This has not been included in posted rates above.

Unscheduled guests - $45.00* per guest, per day.

The rental rates do not change throughout the year.

This is NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME...Please do not ask to bring your pets.

Spacious and immaculate Happy Hill Home. Wonderful two story house with ocean views. Features 3 bedrooms, (2 with Queen and 1 with Twins) 2.5 Bathrooms and a large den. Enjoy the view from the Decks of Evensong.

A short walk to Moonstone Beach or West Village. Cambria is a charming village that features galleries, shops, local music and a variety of dining options. Big Sur and Hearst Castle are to the north and the Wine vineyards are to the East. There are many nature trails for hiking.

Lovely setting and perfect for my needs

Great location within walking distance of Moonstone Beach and great place for a family getaway. Great place and great coordination from the owner. Cambria is a beautiful location.
