This beautifully restored 1879 Victorian ranch house is located in a private & peaceful setting and offers you so many simple pleasures. Watch a sunrise with a cup of freshly brewed coffee, prepare a meal in the modern kitchen, sip wine on the porch, indulge in an evening soak in the hot tub and gaze at the stars completely surrounded by beauty at every turn. Decorated in refined Victorian style, Green Valley Manor is an historic yet comfortable home with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a family room, a parlor with gas fireplace and a spacious dining area that opens to a large back deck with Jacuzzi tub and views of the hills, pastures and landscaped gardens that surround the house. There is also a large expanse of green lawn and old growth oak trees, perfect for a game of croquet or just a lazy afternoon reading a book. Because of our close proximity to the Coast, we have the benefit of the cooling breezes as well as sunshine during the day.

Located on a private ranch property at the beginning of the beautiful Paso Robles wine region, you will find the peace and serenity that a home in the country has to offer, yet it is only a 5 to 10 minute drive to reach the town of Cambria and the ocean. Many of the vineyards and tasting rooms are within a 20 minute drive of the house as well.

Beauty, comfort, serenity...it all is waiting for you at the Manor.

Should you feel like venturing out to explore all the North Coast has to offer, you are a short drive from the charming village of Cambria with its shops, galleries & restaurants as well as the famed Hearst Castle in San Simeon. Spend some time amid the celebrated wineries of Paso Robles or enjoy the old-fashioned beach town of Cayucos and the charm of the fishing village of Morro Bay. There is something for everyone and we look forward to seeing you very soon.

• Deposits: RATES:1-2 people $200/nt,3-6 people $300/nt,7-8 people $400/nt. Cleaning fee is $100 to $200 depending on number of guests and length of stay;also a $25 Res. fee and 11% occupancy tax. Initial funds of $250-$500 due at time of booking & are applied toward your stay. Balance of funds will be due 30 days prior to arrival. For your convenience we accept M/C, Visa, American Express or you may send a check. There is always a 2 night minimum however Holiday/Summer periods require 3 to 5 night stays.
   
• Other Fees: Cancellation Policy: There is a $75 fee for any cancelled reservation. If you cancel a reservation, a minimum 60 day notice must be given for an immediate return of your deposit. If less than a 60 day notice is given, there will be no return of deposit or any collected funds unless the home is re-rented. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after home is occupied.
