What a relaxing getaway! A few hours "crabbing" from the private pier provided a delicious dinner our first night. The sunrises and sunsets are dramatic, with the river on the east and the Bay to the west. Planning to come back again!
We have been guests at the cottage twice. Such a pleasure to escape our
stressful routine and kick batch a notch
here on the shore. I loved riding my
bike along the cape and taking in the
gorgeous scenery. The cottage is so cozy and warm - you will feel right at home. Enjoy!
This is a lovely place to stay. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing and the accomodations are charming and cozy. We loved taking walks and riding bikes. This is defintely a place to come back to.
Enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and comfort of the cottage. It is indeed lovely. A great bargin for the price. Will return again soon. The hostess made our stay memorable.
This will be my fifth year coming for a summer vacation. I like the beauty and proximity of the waters, the comfort of the place, the quiet retreat from the city, the attentive hosts, the cosmopolitan atmosphere right here in dear USA. And it is close to St. Micheals, and other fine spots, conveniently close by. Yes, my yearly vacation retreat.
We love Au bord de 'Eau! The owner goes above and beyond to make our stay special. We have spent many summer weeks here and have had many guests down to enjoy the peace and quiet. We have also had the opportunity to come down during the winter months to enjoy the fireplace! Very cozy home! We can not wait to go again!
