Shangri-la is a wonderful place to swim, canoe, kayak, or just sunbathe and relax. A short walk along the end of the lake takes you to Maiden's Cliff hiking trail with a gorgeous view as you will see when you contact us for our personal site address. This trail interconnects with many other trails on Megunticook Mountain and Mt.Battie.
Enjoy a paddle or walk to the infamous "Balance Rock". Take a drive or hike up to the tower on Mt. Battie and check out the great view of ocean and islands with Camden Harbor at the base.
Enjoy wonderful meals at the many restaurants in the area -many which are on the harbor or with harbor views. Or have a picnic lunch in the Harbor Park or Laites Beach Park.
Take a sail on one of the schooners in Camden Harbor. Enjoy shopping in the many little shops in downtown Camden.
Visit the Farnsworth Art Museum in nearby downtown Rockland.
