Description of the Campobasso vacation b&b rental
Our Bed & Breakfast and Restaurant is situated in the town plaza of a small peacefull village of Mirabello Sannitico,Campobasso in the Region of Molise.
Never Heard of It? Well, here starts your getting to know of Italy and how the locals really live their fascinating life away from the cheotic tourist destinations.
We have 5 comfortable rooms:
Venezia,Firenze,Capri,Amalfi and Portofino (named after some of Italy famous destinations.)all with private toilet & bath and basic amenities.
We also have our Restaurant available on the first floor with my husband as Chef(20 years Executive Chef aboard Princess Cruises fleet before coming home in his old town)ready to let you experience authentic italian national & regional cuisine.
The building has his own share of history.It used to be an old "Frantoio" (Oil mill) before renovation.
From your window or balcony you will be able to hear soothing gush of the town fountain and the view of the townplaza.
Area Description
There are lots of interesting place to discover around Mirabello.Just few kilometers away are Castles,churches & archaeological sites.
We are lucky since our region is strategically blessed with mountains for skiing in winter time (around 25 mins.from mirabello)and the adriactico sea to enjoy the beach in summer.Around 1 and a half hour drive to Naples and the international port to get to Capri.
Various local tour can be arrange at very minimum price depending on the month of arrival.
One is if you come in October we can arrange for you to see how locals harvest grapes & how wine is produce homemade.
"Festa" usually starts in the month of May till August.And every town has their own celebration.
So if what you are looking for is real italian cuisine,learn culture and relax in a homey ambiance...come and visit us.
