Description of the Campton vacation home rental

Great home with 3 levels Walk into an open landing with great closet space for unloading ski gear or swim gear.There is a full bathroom with master King Bedroom off that. Across the hall is great bedroom with cable tv that has 2 twin beds , step down to first floor for an open kitchen /living room plan'.Its's great for hanging out. The third floor has another bathroom with 2 more bedrooms. Great for the children. This home has a great deck awesome for grilling dinner and hanging out.

It gets even better with a Waterville Estates Community Center. It has 2 beautiful indoor pools and 1 outside pool.
Jacuzzi's both outside and inside. A pond great for fishing, and even have a little fun on a paddle boat.

This home is trully great in all seasons. There is so much to do for families of all ages.

Area Information

Located right around the corner from the Waterville Estates Community Center which boasts an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, indoor pool, lap pool and jacuzzi, fitness room, movie library, lounge and seasonal restaurant. Also there are outdoor tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, ponds for swimming, skating, and fishing, paddleboats, a sandy beach and hiking trails that head out into the Estates for walking, exploring and nordic skiing. Within 10 minutes to the Pemigawesett river for kayaking and tubing, 35 min to Squam Lake. 12 minutes to Waterville Valley ski resort and village for Nordic trails, ice skating rink, shops, horse drawn sleigh rides, restaurants and frequent fireworks. 20 min to Loon Mountain, and less than an hour to Bretton Woods and Cannon ski resorts. Within 20 minutes of Plymouth, a quaint college town, and within one hour of North Conway area with shopping outlets, Story Land, Santa's Village, and Cranmore ski resort. 20 min to Lincoln - Clark's Trading Post and Alpine Adventure Ziplines. Short rides to the Flume and Gorge attractions. Bike and kayak rentals nearby in Campton and Lincoln. Many local hiking trails both in and outside the Waterville Estates. A great house to call home

February 6, 2013

We rented this house for several months while I took a temporary job promotion in the area. The house was great- it had everything we needed, including room for visiting family. We frequented the nearby athletic center, as the pool was a treat during the winter months. Any questions or needs we had were immediately met by the owners.

Summer Fun & Relaxation in NH!!!

I visited this very comfortable home in August 2011 with a couple of family members, friends and small children. We were all very comfortable and there was plenty of beds for everyone. We had great weather so we were able to take advantage of indoor and outdoor cooking and the deck was a great size and we spent evenings outside enjoying the peaceful quietness of being in the mountains. We had access to a country store that carries everything you may have forgotten, several gas stations that also carry grocery's, beer & wine, and a huge bonus was Dunkin Donuts. We went to Waterville Valley which is around 30 miles away and had dinner at a resort. The clubhouse was perfect for all and the children loved having access to indoor & outdoor pools, basketball court and tennis courts. The adults were able to enjoy all of it along with horse shoes. Because it was summer there was constant music played at the outside pool and a band on the lawns that has a pond for swimming. All in all this was the perfect pick for us and we are definitely going back next year, perfect for families.

This place is great for families, friends and kids stayed Labor Day Weekend could not have had a better time. The amenities and scheduled events at the club house couldn't have been better. The house layout is great for either putting the kids down for a nap while the card games start on the deck or in the kitchen. In short I will be booking again to take advantage of the near by ski slopes this winter. Thanks again and I will be back!
