Located in a private, wooded setting overlooking a mountain stream less than 5 minutes off Route 93 (Exit 28) and minutes from a general store, pubs and fine dining.

Rental includes use of all Waterville Estates recreation facilities including outdoor swimming pond, outdoor pool (with food and beverage service), two indoor pools, tennis courts, basketball court, jacuzzis, sauna, exercise facility, lounge, snack bar and arcade game room. The modern, clean unit has a fireplace, cable TV/VCR, washer/dryer, and two full baths. There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a fully enclosed loft room (sloping ceiling) with a queen size futon and a bedroom with a full size bed and a bunk bed. The unit is professionally cleaned before your visit and all linens are provided.
