The open concept main level is spacious and perfect for both family and entertaining guests. This unit has been tastefully redecorated and furnished with country flair, Making it a cozy, comfortable "home away from home". The resort communities recreation center(featuring 2 indoor pools, outdoor pool, tennis courts, pond with beach exercise room, 2 jacuzzis, cocktail lounge, private ski area and discount lift tickets to Waterville)is an added plus for your family and guests. Home Owner is allergy sensistive SORRY NO PETS!

Area Information

Visable from the highway a short 5 minute ride to this Private Community with resort community recreation center with pond and beach. The recreation center offers a variety of activities for both children and adults as well as discount lift tickets for our guests.The area has a private mountain for sledding and walk out hiking trails.
This location makes access to down town Waterville Valley in 10 mins, to Tenney Mountain in 15 mins and to Woodstock Center and Loon Mountain 20 minutes. Not to mention Kings Pine, Ragged, Cannon and Brenton Wood and Conway all with in 30 to 60 mins.
For the Golfer we offer an affordable rental option with all the ammenties and Owls Nest Golf course is less than 5 minutes away.

The Campton Cupboard is not only the general store for DVD rentals, wood, gas they carry fresh coldcuts, butcher shop meats, fresh seafood, fresh produce, bakery items, canned goods, beer and wine at grocery store prices. The Mad River Tavern good food, healthy portions, great prices, family friendly atmosphere. They also have a pub area with large screen TV for appetizers, a drink and a game. For a more intimate meals the Owls Nest Dining Room offers a great menu, resonable pricing, with the perfect ambiance. All these within 5 minutes of your stay without having to deal with the downtown crowds.

The community center was the highlight of this property! There was enough activity there alone to occupy the whole vacation. The accommodations at the condo its self were satisfactory. Most importantly, the owner was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond in making sure my family had a fantastic vacation!
