Description of the Canandaigua vacation chalet rental

Country Home near resort area - short distance to lake or Crystal Beach area. Swimming, boating, rentals, fine dining and fast food.
* 2 (or 3) Bedrooms, Sleeps (4 or 6), bdrm 1: Queen bed, bdrm 2: air bed or single mattress bed. Dressers, private bath, shared with those two rooms. ALSO, master / honeymoon suite with large private bath.
* Kitchen, Dishwasher, Refrig, Stove, Microwave, Shared with retired engineer---gentleman, owner, energy healer. High class, fully equipped and furnished.
* Baths: 1 Full tub/shower. Linens and towels available. Downstairs lavatory. Honeymoon suite has the ultimate bath of its own, with 2 sinks, tub, stall shower, unlimited hot water, balcony, etc.
* Large library, massage and healing room. Exercise room.
* 12 acres -loads of privacy, fire pit, seasonal brook, tent camping available, sweat lodge.
* Deck, patio, Gas Grill, indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
* 3 miles from town, 1 mile to grocery and drugstore, 20 miles from Downtown Rochester, NY with all its cultural activities. 5 miles to CCFL symphony orchestra and visiting rock band shell, often with out of town musicians---all kinds of music available around here.
* Close to marinas, beaches, golf course, trails, parks, wineries and wine tours close by. Half hour to Naples wineries.
* Fantastic Area, loads of activities. Canandaigua is Native American for "The Chosen Spot", and this land right here has an amazing native history.
* No smoking indoors, inside sunroom, large TV, wi-fi, spacious rooms, fantastic deck and yard areas.
* No pets, please. Children welcome, but house is not childproof for toddlers.
* Summer cost: For TWO bedrooms: $200. per weekday nite, $800 for 5 weekdays, $600. for Thursday thru Sunday, $300. for Sat. and Sunday. OR $1,000 for full week paid in advance. $150 Security Deposit required to hold reservation. Refunded upon final walk through, if no change in condition or cleanliness.
***cost with honeymoon suite AND two other bedrooms: $250. per weekday night, $1,000 for 5 weekdays, $800 for Thursday thru Sunday, $400. for Sat. and Sunday. OR $1,500 for full week paid in advance. $200 Security Deposit required to hold reservation. Refunded upon final walk through, if no change in condition or cleanliness.
Check in is 4 pm, Check out is 12 noon.

Area Description

Beautiful...rolling hills to the south, nice clean finger lake with swimming beach, boating, casual and fine dining, nice residential areas. Small historical city environment, yet includes Walmart, Lowes, etc.
Perfect meditation spots in the woods.
Wine tour country. Public markets. Lots of art and antique places. Lots of family activities, including music, water park, movies, and so much more.
