• Other Fees: $200.00 cleaning fee The Main house sleeps 11 people for an extra fee you can sleep 4 more people with an extra bathroom that includes a shower and jacuzzi tub. This extra suite rents for $1000.00 per week during peak and $750.00 per week or $150.00 per night after peak season.
