Description of the Cancun vacation apartment rental

Lovely one bedroom apartment with full/complete kitchen. Condominios Brisas sits on one of the lovliest parts of the beach in Cancun. Laundry/grocery store on property. Very nice pool and sun deck area. THERE ARE NO RESTAURANTS ON PREMISES.

This is not your typical rental unit. It is well equipped, beautiful/colorful and very well maintained. Maid service once during a one week stay. Bed linens/bath towels provided.

See rates listed above. 20% due at time of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to rental date. There is a $200.00 damage deposit required to be paid with balance of rent. This is refundable immediately following inspection of the unit.

Must be 21 years of age to sign rental contract.

Unit occupancy 2. Possibly 3 with permission of owner.

Condominios Brisas is in the Hotel Zone in Cancun. Located on a beautiful stretch of beach. It is only minutes from shopping and wonderful restaurants. Bus stops right in front of buildings. Bus fare is only 6.5 pesos or roughly $.65 US. Bus route will take you to major shopping areas including Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. Taxi's easily found.

Discover everything that Cancun and its surrounding areas have to offer. Mayan Ruins include ChichenItza, Tulum, Uxmal, Coba & Xcaret a natural sacred paradise. Swimming with dolphins or visit beautiful natural aquarium with tropical fish.

Visit the islands of Isla Mujeres, Isla Contoy, Cozumel.

Don't miss the Mexican town of Playa de Carmen.

There are plenty of tours available through many vendors and are easy to arrange. Fishing tours, windsurfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, water-skiing, jungle tours, sailing, boating, beach horseback riding, biking, fishing, wildlife viewing, golf, tennis, swimming, surfing, parasailing, waverunners & more.

Dress throughout Cancun is very casual.

Other than a nearby water park there is not much to entertain children in Cancun. There are several shopping malls along the bus route and one of these has a movie theater and an aquarium. Another mall has a bowling alley.

GREAT SPOT. A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. LOVE BEING ABLE TO WALK THE BEACH JUST A FEW STEPS AWAY FROM YOUR DOOR.

I have stayed in this apartment a few times now and it is wonderful. Everything you need is there. Great location, beautiful stretch of beach.
