Description of the Cancun vacation condo rental

Nice Cancun oceanfront condo! $65+ rates! The best beach, seaview, location, and low rates around! The ocean water is turquoise blue, the sand is powdery white, and the perfect temperature for swimming! This beautiful Cancun condo is in an oceanfront complex, with a beautiful Caribbean ocean view. Shown is the beach in front of the condo. The Girasol condos are on a gorgeous white sand, swimming beach, in the top of the hotel zone. It's in the hotel zone, across the street from the "hot spots" of Cancun- Sr. Frogs, Cocobongos Carlos & Charlies, etc. You are walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The complex is located on a magnificent, pristine, powdery sand beach. It is a larger studio unit, and can sleep up to 6 people. A great deal! We have openings- check main site for availability calendar, and online booking!
Our cute condominium has 2 full beds. It has a kitchenette with utensils, dishes, microwave, apartment sized refrigerator, broiler, burner, pot and pans, utensils, dishes, and coffee maker. The unit is fully furnished, with 1 full size futon couch in the living area. There is a lovely, larger, private balcony with patio chairs and a table. You can sit out and savor the spectacular ocean view, or enjoy a scenic meal outdoors! Sleep upstairs to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves! The condo has marble floors throughout the condo. The condo is furnished with a telephone, TV with cable, A/C, fans, laundered towels and sheets, and it is professionally cleaned in between rentals. Condominium complex has security guards, lifeguards, a convenience store nearby, condo management office (phone access for a fee), tennis courts, and private parking for guests.
We have direct access to the powdery, white sand beach! The building is oceanfront. This gorgeous beach has crystal clear, turquoise blue, warm water. It's a perfect spot for families, or just the two of you! The condo is located next to the entertainment, shopping, and dining hub of the area, in a great location. It has easy access to the bus lines that run up and down the main strip- and they only run 65 cents! Taxis are in front of the condo, as well as the bus. It's in the top of the hotel zone, close to what's happening- the trendy night club zone! It's a fantastic vacation spot!

You will be staying near many activities. The area has water sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating, snorkeling, boogie boarding, swimming, golf courses, night clubs, entertainment, excellent restaurants, water parks, shopping centers, and flea markets. They are all only minutes away by taxi or bus. You can also visit Mayan ruins, jungle tours, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs. Visit Tulum (Mayan ruins), bargain shop at the flea markets, or, just take it easy and soak in the sun!
The area has water sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating, snorkeling, swimming, golf courses,
night clubs, entertainment, excellent restaurants, water parks, and shopping centers. They are all only minutes away by walking, taxi or bus. You can also visit Mayan ruins, jungle tours, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs or Xel Ha. Visit Tulum or Chichen Itza (Mayan ruins), or, just take it easy and enjoy the sun! The sunrise and sunset are magnificent. Take a boat trip to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, and snorkel or shop! Nearby Amenities: Groceries, Craft Shops, Beaches, Swimming, Sailing, Parasailing, Gym, Scuba, Caves. Cinemas with English speaking films (walking distance away). Close by are: Medical Services, Duty Free Shops, Babysitting, Marina, Surfing, Biking, Snorkeling, Water Skiing, Water Tubing, Golfing, Hiking, Horseback Riding, Ocean, Churches, Hospital, Wal-Mart. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Tour office onsite. Nearby are: Internet access, ATM/bank, Reefs, Boating, Wind surfing, Jet skiing, Fitness centers, Eco- tourism, Live theater, Amusement parks, Sight seeing, Money exchange, Drug stores. 25 min. drive to airport, with transfers available, and 10 min. to downtown.

It has tennis courts, and private parking for guests (both free). There is a good restaurant and bar on site, that is reasonably priced. They are open for breakfast and lunch. For a fee the condo hotel offers tours, room service, car rentals, and water sports. There is also a bank nearby and they offer currency exchange. You are within walking distance to the trendy night club district, with the top 5 clubs, over 40 restaurants, and 3 shopping centers. It is walking distance to the Cancun convention center.

Taxis are in front of the condo area, and are easily obtainable. You don't need a a car!
