Description of the Cancun vacation condo rental

We have the best view, beach and location in Cancun! This is a lovely Cancun beachfront condo! It is a larger studio unit, and sleeps 6. This beautiful Cancun condominium is oceanfront, with a fabulous Caribbean ocean view. It is on a gorgeous, powdery, white sand beach, in the top of the hotel zone. The complex is across the street from the "hot spots" of Cancun- Carlos and Charlies, Senor Frogs, Cocobongos, and many more. We are walking distance to the top 5 night clubs, over 40 restaurants, and 3 shopping centers. The condo is located in Girasol. You are walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. It's a short drive to many activities. It has a lovely, large balcony, with fantastic Caribbean ocean views! It has a kitchenette, two full size beds, and a full size trundle couch/bed. It has two gorgeous, oceanside pools. A fantastic deal! Cancun is the 'Jewel of the Caribbean'.

Pictured above is the beautiful beach, with turquoise, clear, warm water. The condo is a larger studio. It has a kitchenette with utensils, microwave, and refrigerator. The unit is fully furnished, with 1 full size sleeper couch, table with 4 chairs, 2 full beds, cable tv, kitchenette, and more. Go to sleep, and drift off to the soothing sounds of ocean waves! There is a large, beautiful balcony, and Girasol has spectacular beach views! You can sit out and savor the lovely ocean view! Or, enjoy a scenic meal outdoors. There are marble floors throughout the condo. Bus lines are in front of the condo, cost sixty five cents, and run consistantly. Taxis are in front of the condo area, and are easily obtainable. It's a perfect spot for families, or just the two of you! It's just a 25 minute drive to the airport, or 10 minutes to downtown. There are convenience stores nearby. A fantastic vacation spot! The flea markets are just across the street, and the malls are close. There is snorkeling in the water in front of the condo! The water is also great for swimming or boogie boarding! There are many water sports available at or near the condo. Water sport equipment rental includes jet skis, sailboats, snorkeling and scuba equipment, and fishing expeditions are avabilable (for a charge). Relax completely, soak in the sun, and spend an unforgettable vacation!
We have a fantastic oceanside pool in front of the condo. There are an upper and lower pool. The condo is furnished with a TV, A/C, laundered towels, sheets, kitchenette, and it is professionally cleaned in between rentals. It has tennis courts, and private parking for guests (both free). There is a good restaurant and bar on site, that are reasonably priced. They are open for breakfast and lunch. For a fee the condo hotel offers tours, room service, car rentals, business services, and water sports. There is also a bank nearby and they offer currency exchange.

You are within walking distance to the trendy night club district, with the top 5 night clubs, over 40 restaurants, and 3 shopping centers. It is walking distance to the Cancun convention center. You are walking distance to Carlos and Charlies, Sr. Frogs, and more. You will be staying close to many activities. There is good shopping, fast food restaurants and fine dining nearby. The area has water sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating, snorkeling, boogie boarding, swimming, golf courses, night clubs, entertainment, excellent restaurants, water parks, shopping centers, and flea markets. They are all only minutes away by taxi or bus. You can go on jungle tours, water park, aquarium, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs. Visit Tulum or Chichenitza (Mayan ruins), bargain shop at the flea markets, or, just take it easy and soak in the sun, or taking a trip to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres are fun! Swim with dolphins In the hotel zone you can swim with these intelligent creatures- at the end of the hotel zone past Punta Nizuc on the way to the airport is this family water-park with rides and attractions. Typical local market- Merrcado 28 (veintiocho) or Mercado 23 (veintitres) both are downtown and local buses or cabs can take you to either of them. Here you can find local handicrafts and gifts cheaper than the hotel zone stores. But don't expect to find Sergio Bustamente sculptures here. No, this is best for shopping for a gift for the baby sitter. Or buying fresh vegetables. Hotel Zone Disco Bulldog Cafe on the side of the Hotel Krystal in the heart of Cancun's hotel zone. Hip Hop Latin Disco. Jacuzzi inside the disco!!!!!!! And the only nightclub in Cancun with open bar all night long with top name alcoholic drinks.
