The condo is just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. The location is great - right on the beach and very close to bars, restaurants, and clubs. The owner and property manager were very responsive to all requests.

This condo is very good for a large family gathering, which was what we did. The living room, dining room, and open balcony give family members a chance get together and talk, something you can not do in individual hotel rooms. The condo is quite new so everything is modern and clean. The audio video equipment could use an upgrade for condos of this level, though. As far as the view and the weather, what can I say that haven't already been said. It is Cancun after all.

, The home in Porto Fino 1204 was amazing! The view is spectacular, the location is perfect for any family or group. There are many wonderful restaurants and shops only minutes from condo. The customer service for the condo was fantastic. Thanks again Richard. You were a great to my family. We definitely will be visiting this home again! The owner is attentive and easy to work with. Brad , Santa Clara, CA The place is off the hook. You will not be disappointed. It is located in the heart of all the action over looking the ocean. The property manager is also extremely helpful providing anything you need and always available. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Hillary , Los Angeles This condo has the most spectacular view from an unbeliebable balcony! It's also located in the best part of Cancun, close to clubs and restaurants. And it has the best beach! We had a great time!!!
