Description of the Cancun vacation villa rental

This is a gorgeous three level beachfront villa with spectacular views overlooking Cancun's crystal clear turquoise blue waters. This Tropical Paradise is located on the most pristine strip of the Hotel Zone, 'Villas Cancun Concorde'. Our villa has under gone recent renovations, It's brand new! The villa features 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms with terraces. The master suite has a California King size adjusta bed, a sitting room and a balcony from which you can view the turquoise ocean. The third level, also a master bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request with its own private terrace and breathtaking view of the sea. The third bedroom has two double beds with a garden view. The living room has two Murphy beds and a patio that overlooks the Caribbean's white sandy beaches and sparkling sunrises. Each room has air-conditioning plus ceiling fans and satellite TVs.We have WIFi internet

Area Information

In town includes: 2 golf courses with 18 holes, fine casual and fun dining in more than 300 restaurants, music from salsa to rock, more than 10 famous discos for all ages, duty free shopping in superb shopping malls and romantic and entertainment dinner cruises. Discover all that Cancun and its surrounding have to offer: Mayan Ruins such as Chichen Itza, Tulum, Uxmal and Coba are nearby, as a Xcaret, a natural sacred paradise with unique Mayan show at night. Swim with dolphins or visit beautiful natural aquarium inlet filled with colorful tropical fish. Visit some of the most attractive Mexican islands like Isla Mujeres or Cozumel. You can also swim with dolphins, sharks and stingrays in Sea Aquarium which is only 10 bus minutes from the villas.

FANTASTIC LOCATION!

The location is definitely 5 Star - next to the Omni Cancun and all it has to offer! There is full, unobstructed views of the Caribbean sunrise from the patio or either of the two upper level master suites and the beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away. Well equipped kitchen made eating in easy. The daily maid service made it a vacation! There were 3 couples in our group and each spacious bedroom is private and has its own full bath. The main level half bath was convenient. TV with DVD player was nice on the rainy nights. Plenty of towels and daily necessities, including bottled water. Getting around... the owner arranged for a private driver for airport arrival and departure. A taxi can be called through the Omni Concierge or you can walk to the street to catch the public bus - very easy to get around. Great seafood restaurant across the street (Captain's Cove) with a very attentive staff. Lots of good restaurants within 10 minutes of the villa. The unit has free local telephone service but there is no internet or WIFI. This, along with a few other things made the unit less than 5 star, but we have never had a better beach front location.

Thanks so much for your review, have been trying to get an internet set up but it is not easy. Next to Captains Cove there is a small market that lets you go on the internet free, but it is slow.

This location is hard to beat. Cancun is is a family vaction mecca and the villa location is incredible. On the beach is what we wanted and we could not have asked for more. The villa is spacious and well furnished with a view from every level. The maid service was outstanding leaving us to rest and enjoy the beach. I stongly recommend this villa to families and large groups of up to 8 persons.

Very nice condo!

We were three adults staying at the condo from December 29, 2009 to January 8, 2010. The maid greeted us upon our arrival and even though she does not speak English, she does an excellent job of understanding our questions and requests. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Everything you need is there, there is nothing missing. The views of the ocean are excellent. The only drawback was that they were constructing the beaches while we were there so it was very noisy but the owner was not aware of this so this is why we gave a very good review. Future guests will enjoy a 200 to 300 feet beach. We are only sorry that we did not get to walk along the ocean while we were there. Do not hesitate to rent this condo. You will find that the owner is very friendly and helpful prior to your departure. She even called us back upon our return to see how our trip was. She is a very considerate person. Thumbs up for a vacation at this resort!

perfect spot

We stayed in this lovely villa with 5 college students for their spring break. It was the perfect spot! The living area was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was the perfect size and the rooms had beautiful views. When we arrived the villa was spotless and the woman who came everyday to clean and do laundry was so helpful. We had the advantage of ordering our groceries ahead of time so when we arrived everything was already there. That, and the shuttle service to the villa made our stay all that much more enjoyable. Just a few short steps to the beach was a plus too. We were very happy with all the accomodations and would highly reccommend this villa to anyone. We would definately like to stay again on our next trip to Cancun!

Very Beautiful

This Villa is beautifully situated in the Omni Hotel and Villas resort in Cancun. It is the front-most villa with a completely unobstructed view of the beach and ocean from all three levels. One complaint I had, was when I went to use the Omni fitness facilities, they wanted to charge me 99 pesos, and I was told that the Omni amenities were included. However, pools and jacuzzis were ver nice (but the jacuzzies were not very hot at all). The villa was very nice, but there were corrosion spots on the mirrors from the humid climate, and there was a very mild mildewy smell, again due to the humidity of the climate. Overall, a beautiful experience with a full kitchen, maid service, free bottled water, a reasonable grocery delivery service, and Perfect Perfect location. (Except there were large rocks in the beach area which made playing in the waves very dangerous. I was told that the sand level cycles, sometimes covering the rocks and sometimes revealing them.)
