What can we say...!, Cancun is a Paradise, , we have an unbelievable blue turquoise waters and white sandy beaches our property is just a few steps away.
We have 3 other units available and will be able to accommodate you and your family depending in your group size and budget and also have a private driver that will pick you up at the airport and will bring you back (up to 5 persons) and for an additional charge will take you to downtown Walmart for your food shopping.
This unit has a lagoon and beach view with 220 sq mts or 2,368 sq ft, it is an ideal place for family reunions with lots of room and privacy to enjoy your family vacation.The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living, dining and family room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large size balcony where you can use our charcoal BBQ to enjoy your home cooked meals, we also have a fantastic small Mexican restaurant outside our building (in the event you want to relax and don't want to cook) and it offers food and drinks service by the beach, free WIFI Internet a rental car is not needed.
We have a great location within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping malls and other attractions with 24 hour security, and if you want to enjoy peace and quiet is located away from all the noise and commotion of the discos and spring breakers and if you come at the right time of the year you can see the big turtles nesting in front of our building.
Brisas del Caribe is a low rise building (3 Stories) with only 12 units located in kilometer 11.5 of Blvd. Kukulkan (the main thoroughfare of Cancun's hotel zone), with a swimming pool steps away from a glorious blue turquoise beach.
Activities all around include: Golf, Water Sports, Movies, Restaurants, Nightlife, Tours to Chichen Itza, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel and many more.

Area Information
We are located in the heart of the Cancun hotel zone within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping malls and other attractions, our part of the beach is nice and quiet, there is so much to do in and around Cancun that there is not enough space in here to describe them all, if you come to visit us the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza are a must do and we have beautiful ecological parks like Xelha and Xcaret.
