You can see the Blue Ridge Parkway from the porch. It takes: 17 minutes to get to downtown Asheville or to the Biltmore House and Gardens, 10 minutes to NC Arboretum, 35 minutes to Cherokee, 25 minutes to Maggie Valley, 35 minutes to Historic Hendersonville.
