Description of the Cannes vacation villa rental

Our provençale style villa is in the green valley heights of Saint Franoiss, the select and quiet residential area of Grasse sweeping views towards the hills across the valley. It is surrounded by a garden planted with mediteraneans trees and plants.
The ground floor apartment is totally private and independent with its own entrance. It has been newly furnished. The double living room is decorated in the Prove硬 style with a sofa bed, a rouind marble table and chairs, armchairs and a television satellite with hi-fi cabinet. The kitchen is fully equiped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave and refrigerator. It opens onto a private half shaded terrace with garden furniture and bbq, which overlook at the swimming pool. There are two bedrooms, pleasantly furnished and light, one decorated in blue tones and the other ivory. The blue room has a double and a single bed and the beige has a double bed. There are two bathrooms and 3 wc. The swimming pool is surrounded by wrought iron fencing with gates and equiped with sunloungers. There is a covered parking for cars to keep them cool.

ALL PRICES ARE PER WEEK SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ARRIVING AT 4PM DEPARTING AT 10 AM.

Linen (sheets, pillows and towels) are provided.
The taxes and all other charges (electricity, water, pool and garden maintenance) are also included.

The prices are for 4 persons maximum. A special price will be considered for one ore two persons more (children)

Additional Charge: General cleaning on departure: 120 euros/rental

A cot for a baby is available at 20 euros

3 bikes are also available at 35 per bike per week.

Area Description

The old town of GRASSE has long been the center of the perfume making industry and is famous for its fields of jasmine and lavender, which are harvested and distilled to make the scents and essences. The warm climate make a favourite place to winter and there are excellent shops, restaurants and general facilities.
Within a two minutes walking from the Property, is a boulangerie which specialises in Provençal breads and pastries, hot croissants and pain au chocolat etc.....

CANNES, a fifteen minutes drive from here, lies on the Bay of Naples. Fringed by a semicircle of hills, it has exceptionally mild climate with a rich variety of trees and plants, and a fine beach. The town has several festivals throughout the year, including the Film Festival in May.
You can often find flower markets here and also the Rue Félix Faure has some wonderfil shops.

Nearby are the charming hilltop villages of AURIBEAU-SUR-SIAGNE , CABRIS, VENCE and MOUGINS, which are pleasant to walk around. SAINT-VALLIER-DE-THIEY has a 12th century church and a natural bridge carved out of the rock over centuries and a remarkable underground cave. SAINT CESAIRE SUR SIAGNE is also worth a detour.

MONACO (Monte Carlo) and ITALY only at 45 minutes by car.

The towns on the Riviera coast house many amazing collections of art including a PICASSO MUSEUM, MATISSE, FERNAND LEGER and others too numerous to mention, and in the Summer Season the outdoor music concerts are a delight. There are concerts catering for all tastes in music nightly thoughout the summer and frequently in winter
