Unusually close to the centre of town for a villa in Cannes, this French Riviera property is 50 meters from the beach, yet situated in a quiet, residential neighbourhood opposite the beautifully restored 19th century buildings of the Fondation Santa Maria. The complex includes a historical chapel and occupies an entire city block down to the sea.

The Boulevard du Midi runs right along the seashore from this Côte d’Azur holiday home. It is a great stretch of fine, champagne-coloured sand several miles long - a place to lie and to relax, to sunbathe and to enjoy the view of yachts on the Bay of la Napoule running before the wind with multi-coloured spinnakers ballooning in the breeze, or to jog for miles along the beach. Snack bars, cafés and restaurants line the boulevard all the way to the Old Port, the Festival Hall and la Croisette. After a day in the hot French Riviera sun, the beach is only a minute away from a refreshing shower and a glass of cold rosé in the garden under the shade of an umbrella palm.

One of the most beautiful cities on the Riviera, Cannes is known throughout the world for its prestigious film festival, as well as many other international professional conventions in business, the arts and media communications.
