Did you ever dream of a vacation in a secluded tropical paradise? You found the place. This property is completely surrounded with 12ft high walls. Access to the property is through a double electric gate.
On the property you will find a luxury villa with 4 Bedrooms and 4.5 Baths and a Guesthouse with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. Situated on 3 acres of Tropical gardens with a 50ft in-ground pool with an outdoor shower. Next to the pool there is a covered outdoor barbeque area that seats 12. Above the barbeque area there is an office, equipped with high speed internet.
The main house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2006 with brand new tile floors throughout, new bathrooms with new fixtures, a new fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges and a freezer and marble countertops, new ceiling fans and new A/C. The house was also decorated with all new furniture and decorations.
Upstairs you will find a Master Bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and a balcony. On the main floor you will find a large living room, dining room, a bar, a half bath, a large eat-in kitchen with separate storage room and 3 large bedrooms all with adjoing bathrooms.
Outside there are covered verandas both in the front and the back of the house, stretching over the full width of the house. These verandas are ideal areas to lounge in a hammock or have drinks with friends overlooking the gardens.
The guest house was built new in 2006 and has 2 bedrooms with adjoining baths, a living room, an eat-in kitchen and a covered veranda area around the whole house.
The tropical garden is filled with palmtrees and cashew, mango, acerola, banana, lime and papaya trees. You will also find many different flowers and bougainvillae. Additionally, there is a large variety of tropical birds and small very colorful, but harmless lizards.
Behind the main house there is a carport for 2 cars and plenty of additional parking space. The laundry room is away from the main house in a separate building.
There is a caretaker who permanently lives on the property, in a separate house. He takes care of the property, the gardens and the pool.
This property is ideally suited for large groups or families with children. It is also perfect for entertaining your visiting friends.

The property is situated just 2 miles (3.5 KM) from the picturesque village of Canoa Quebrada. Canoa Quebrada was originally founded on the traditional way of life of the coastal fishing village. Today Canoa is a well-known meeting point for tourists from all over the world. The village has a good variety of local and international restaurants, bars and clubs. At night the place transforms into a party town, with a mixture of Brazilian and International rythms drawing people from all over the region, especially on weekends. Canoa Quebrada is gay friendly.

A visit to Canoa will be a highlight of any visit to Brazil. Whether you just want lazy days at the beach barracas, or a more active day of passeos either out on the sea in a traditional fishing jangada, or else on a beach buggy along the coast and into the dunes and freshwater lakes.

For the more adventurous amongst us, there are further activities such as para-sailing, kite-surfing, windsurfing, sandboarding and moto-cross.
