Monthly - $1,330 or $45 a day
Bi-monthly - $910 or $65 a day
Weekly - $750 or $107 a day
A deposit of $300 is required to hold the rental in advance. An agreement will be sent to you with necessary details and transactions. This needs to be signed and returned to me before your stay. After that you will receive a numeric key code to unlock the box on the door with the keys inside. This will be sent to you 2 weeks before your stay if applicable.

Cozy and inviting!

My family and I including our dogs stayed in this cozy home while we were working in Canon City for a week. We didn't have much time to enjoy the patio and use the kitchen but we slept well. The home is decorated nicely and clean. A swamp cooler was installed and cooled the place off nicely. Paula was great to work with; flexible and friendly. I would most certainly stay here again. Thanks Paula!

This is a cute house located near the river and not far from anything in town. The owner is very communicative and helpful, and we had a great time exploring the town and the Royal Gorge. Reasonable price and good location - we had a great experience!
