Cozy Cottage in the Texas Hill Country, South side of Canyon Lake. This 1,200 sq.ft. cottage with two comfortable bedrooms; Room #1-Queen Bed, Room #2-Two Twin Captain beds and a bunk with a full size futon. Less than 1/2 mile to ramp #7. Bring your boat or jet ski, there is plenty of room!

Area Description

Located in Canyon Lake Hills, south side of Canyon Lake. Use of the properties common areas (swimming pool, basketball, tennis courts, playground and picnic areas.

Crane Mills Marina at 4.5 miles offers: ski boat rental, jet ski rental and boat ramps with pier access.

Activities: walking, cycling, swimming, water sports, antiquing, tubing at the Guadalupe River or just plain relaxation.

Close to: Startzville, Sattler and Theme Parks. Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Schlitterbahn.

We loved the cottage! Very clean and cozy. The owners are wonderful people and we are definately coming back. In fact, we're are going to schedule a weekend later this summer. We take a girlfriend trip at least once a year, and we are thinking of making this our annual getaway cottage. We were the irst renters for this new owner and we have a couple of suggestions: More towels. Also a stereo and perhaps a bigger TV might be nice. For river & fishing it would be nice to be able to do laundry. This place is just like home with the covered patio's, swing, picnic table and grill. The yard is huge and the deer were so much fun feeding. Thank you very much and we are really looking forward to seeing you very soon. The Houston Girls!
